These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a binding legal contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and nagood88 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). This Agreement governs all access to and use of the nagood88 online betting and casino services, including sports wagering, live casino, video slots, crash games, fishing games, and all other products offered under the nagood88 brand.

The platform accepts bets and wagers denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and processes payments exclusively through approved financial service providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions of the nagood88 terms of service. nagood88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of the current terms applicable to your use of nagood88.

Where any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. 3.3 Accuracy of Information

You are required to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. If any of your registered details change — including your mobile number, email address, or preferred payment method — you must update your account profile promptly. nagood88 reserves the right to suspend account access pending re-verification if account information is found to be inaccurate, outdated, or inconsistent with KYC documentation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

nagood88 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform currently supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your account status, geographic location within Bangladesh, and current payment processor availability.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are processed instantly and credited to your nagood88 BDT wallet in real time. Deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes to reflect in your account balance. nagood88 does not impose a fee on standard deposits, though your mobile financial service (MFS) provider or card issuer may charge their own transaction fees, for which nagood88 bears no responsibility.

Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed at the time of each transaction. nagood88 reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time without prior notice. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name; nagood88 does not accept third-party deposits. 4.2 Withdrawals

5.4 Void Bets and Settlements

nagood88 will settle all bets based on the official result declared by the relevant sporting governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules applicable to that sport and market. In cases where no official result is declared within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, all unsettled bets will be voided and stakes returned.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nagood88 platform. Any player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will face account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Collusion: Any form of collusion between players on nagood88 — including sharing cards in poker, coordinating bets to guarantee mutual profit, or any other form of joint manipulation of game outcomes — is strictly prohibited.
• Providing False Information: Supplying false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or the KYC verification process constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of your account and the forfeiture of any balance held therein.
• Third-Party Account Access: Accessing or operating a nagood88 account registered in the name of another individual, or allowing a third party to access your account, is prohibited.

8. Account Closure

You may request the closure of your nagood88 account at any time by contacting our support team at support@nagood88. Upon receipt of a valid account closure request, nagood88 will process the request within 48 hours. Any remaining balance in your BDT wallet at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing conditions and provided that all pending wagering requirements have been satisfied.

8.1 Voluntary Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is having a negative impact on their lives may request a self-exclusion through nagood88's Responsible Gaming tools. Self-exclusion results in a minimum six-month account suspension during which login access is fully blocked. Players may also request a permanent self-exclusion at any time. nagood88 treats all self-exclusion requests as a responsible gaming measure and processes them with the highest priority.

8.2 Closure by nagood88

nagood88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The account is found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• The account holder has been found to have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• The account is linked to fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise prohibited activity.
• nagood88 is required to do so under applicable law, regulatory direction, or the order of a court of competent jurisdiction.

In the event that nagood88 closes an account under circumstances involving fraud, breach of terms, or criminal activity, any balance held in the account may be forfeited in full. Players who dispute an account closure decision may submit a formal complaint to support@nagood88. nagood88 will review all complaints and provide a written response within 10 business days.
